Powered by YIA™ membership

Keep your school. Change what happens inside it.

Membership gives an independent school the Innovation Advantage™ promise, the CAPE™ method that delivers it, the platform that runs it, and the mark families recognize — without giving up your name, your ownership, or your independence.

Two ways in

Where are you starting from?

I run an existing school

You have children enrolled, teachers on payroll, and a program that works well enough. Membership upgrades what you deliver without disrupting what you’ve built: your name stays on the door, and the curriculum, platform, and training change what happens in the rooms.

I’m opening a new school

The program, the platform, the teacher training, and the classroom design are already decided — so your energy goes into the licence, the lease, the hiring, and the enrollment. You open with a curriculum instead of building one in year two.

What’s included

What a member school receives.

01 · The method

CAPE™, as a full year of teaching

The Innovation Advantage™ arrives as a full year of CAPE™ lessons for ages 3–6 — scope and sequence, guidance, and observation prompts. Ready to teach on day one, the same in every classroom.

02 · Platform

Where the school runs

Curriculum delivery, embedded observations, child assessments, and portfolios that build themselves — connected, so coaching and teaching feed each other instead of sitting in separate systems.

03 · Teacher training

Growth where they already work

Structured onboarding for teachers new to child development, professional learning attached to the lessons they’re teaching that week, and coaching feedback tied to their real practice.

Why it matters

The fastest route to better early learning is a better-supported teacher — especially a new one.

04 · Brand

Powered by YIA™

The badge member schools display, plus brand guidelines and ready-made marketing assets. Your school keeps its own identity; the badge tells families what’s taught inside it.

Why it matters

In most neighbourhoods every preschool website says the same six things. A specific claim changes the conversation.

05 · Space design

Rooms built for making

CAPE asks children to build, test, and rebuild — so the room has to allow it. Guidance on materials children can reach, room to make and remake, and space to display work that isn’t finished yet.

Why it matters

Children can’t learn to innovate in a room designed for sitting still.

06 · Community

Schools on the same mission

Teachers compare notes with teachers delivering the same lessons. Directors talk to directors solving the same problems. What works in one school travels instead of staying in one classroom.

Why it matters

Independent operators solve every problem alone. Members don’t have to.

To be clear

This is not a franchise.

What stays yours

Your school’s name. Your ownership. Your pricing, your enrollment, your staff, your operations, your P&L. No territory agreement, no royalty on revenue, no requirement to rebrand.

What membership adds

The curriculum, the platform, the teacher training, the space design guidance, the Powered by YIA™ badge, and the community — on top of the school you already built.

Common questions

Before you book.

What does membership cost?

Membership is priced per school, based on the number of classrooms. We’ll give you a straight number on the walkthrough — no multi-call discovery process.

How long does it take to get started?

Onboarding runs in stages: platform setup, teacher training, then the first units in classrooms. We’ll walk you through the actual timeline for a school your size.

Do my teachers need a particular qualification?

No. Innovation Advantage™ was written for the workforce early education actually has, including teachers new to child development. The lesson structure is the same every time, which is what makes it deliverable early.

Can I keep the assessment or family app I already use?

Yes. YIA doesn’t handle billing, attendance, or family messaging, so it sits alongside the operations tools you already run. What it replaces is the binder, the scattered lesson PDFs, and the observation process that currently lives in your head.

Who owns the children’s data?

Your school does. Observations, assessments, portfolios, and photos are yours, and you can export them at any time. Read the full policy.

What if it isn’t a fit?

Then we’ll say so on the walkthrough. A school that isn’t ready to change how its classrooms run won’t get value from this, and a bad fit costs us both more than a short call.

Start with a walkthrough.

Thirty minutes, a real lesson, the live platform, and an honest answer about fit.
